Contributing to Leadership Research

We contribute to Henley Business School's research on "Tomorrow's Leadership and the necessary revolution in today's Leadership development." By interviewing CEOs, HR Directors, and Future Leaders from leading companies worldwide, we seek to uncover insights that will shape the future of leadership development.

Collaborative inquiry into Human Consciousness Evolution

Led by Giles Hutchins and Peter Hawkins, we sponsor a Collaborative Inquiry into the Evolution of Human Consciousness. This initiative brings together thought leaders and pioneers to explore how sustainability, spirituality, and transformation intersect and co-contribute to human evolution. Through gatherings, research, and publications, we aim to accelerate the evolution of human consciousness.

Supporting Trauma Foundation South West

We continue to support Trauma Foundation South-West in its vital work with refugees traumatized by war, torture, and conflict. Through our partnership, we provide essential resources and assistance to those in need, fostering healing and resilience in communities affected by trauma.

Disseminating Knowledge

The Renewal Foundation distributes papers, books, and videos on systemic thinking, ecology, and future leadership. By sharing knowledge and resources, we aim to inspire and empower individuals and organizations to embrace transformative change.

By twinning UK woodlands with South American endangered rainforest, so that UK children can do an embodied walk-through local woodland and a 360 video walk through Tropical Rainforest and Ecuadorian schoolchildren can do the opposite.

As a member of the Climate Coaching Alliance (CCA) this means being part of a global community of coaches, facilitators, and change-makers dedicated to addressing the climate crisis.
We collaborate with like-minded individuals to foster awareness, inspire action, and support sustainable practices.
