Peter Binns

Dr Marc Kahn is a people, organisation and strategy leader, teacher and author based in London.

As a systems and chaos theory protagonist he maintains that living systems must be approached very differently from the industrial machine metaphor used in organisations today.

Hilary Lines works with senior executives and their teams, supporting them in creating leadership which inspires and delivers value to their enterprises, their people, their stakeholders and to the world.

She has led her own relational coaching business, Touchpoint Leadership, for the past 20 years.

Peter’s first career was as an academic; first of all, as a philosopher - mainly at Warwick University but also at Oxford and Sydney
Universities. However, through the process of developing some of the first MBA courses in the UK for Business Ethics, his interests
shifted to a broader concern with the way values, emotions and ideas play out in organisations and in the wider systems of which
they are a part.
